In general, because the federal government has numerous safeguards, programs, and policies to protect and encourage diversity, it can be a great places to work. Additionally most agencies offer flexible schedules such as gliding start and end times, working 4 days a week, having every other Friday(or any day) off, and tele-working opportunities that are ideal for the corporate Goth who wishes to engage in late night gothic events during the workweek without undue pain, suffering, and sleep deprivation the next morning)
