Core Values
- Expression - The freedom to be who we are, live our values, express ourselves through various avenues such as art, clothing, chosen occupations, and lifestyle.
- Creativity & Innovation - People are naturally creative and resourceful. Good thing too, because it takes creativity to make a way out of no way. Creativity also strengthens our ability to visualize our dreams and goals so that they’re in sight as we move towards them.
- Achievement - Destiny is achieved, not waited for. You empower yourself and control how you feel and what you do. You create your destiny with every decision and action you make or don’t make. Plan and achieve your destiny. Set your goals and move forward. If you don’t plan your career, someone else will.
- Work-life Harmony - “Work-life balance” on the other hand is the easy way out. I don’t encourage or advocate it. Work-life Balance is Fools Gold. It’s about taking two opposing factors and weighing them against each other so neither one ‘takes over’ to the detriment of the other. At Eidolon, I advocate Work-life Harmony because only through this can you throw out the stereotypes and assumption that the two factors are “opposing” in the first place. Once that’s taken care of, only then can you integrating them so that they are not competing, but supporting and feeding off each other, creating harmony.
Career Management is about not being a passive bystander to your career!
Destiny is not a matter of chance; it's a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for; it is a thing to be achieved. ~ William Jennings Bryant
