Registration and Confirmation
Q: How soon before the workshop can I register?
A: I highly recommend registering via the specific events website or by phone up until the day before the workshop begins. Walk-in registrations are accepted as space allows.
Q: How do I register more than one person?
A: Easy! Register by phone to receive a team discount of up to 10%. To be eligible, you must be registering three or more people for the same workshop.
Q: How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
A: Regardless of whether you register over the phone or through the workshop website, you will receive an email confirmation practically immediately.
Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Q: What if I register and then realize I can't attend?
A: You may cancel your registration without penalty at any time up to two weeks prior to your workshop. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered by mail, email, or fax. Voice mail and verbal correspondence doesn’t constitute written cancellation notice. Cancellation notice will be regarded as given and received on the date on which Eidolon Career Solutions actually receives the written notification. To cancel, simply call 301.328.7712.
Up to 48 hours prior to the workshop, you may find someone else to attend in your place and submit written notification of that person’s name and contact information to ebony@eidoloncareersolutions.com. No transfers are allowed inside this 48 hour period.
No transfers are allowed inside this 48 hour period. If you provide Eidolon Career Solutions with less than two weeks' notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee.
EXCEPTION: Full refunds will be allowed for cancellations due to special medical conditions requiring as verified by a medical practitioner.
Q: What if Eidolon Career Solutions cancels?
A: Eidolon Career Solutions reserves the right to postpone or cancel workshops and events up until the first day of the workshop or event. If postponed, then you will be informed of a new date within 3 weeks and no refund will be given. If completely canceled, then the amount you have paid will be FULLY refunded. If a session or a part of the course is canceled then you will be refunded the amount for the rest of the days or sessions that you have paid for. Eidolon Career Solutions isn’t responsible for any expenses incurred by you or another as a result of your registration, attendance at, postponement of or cancellation of a workshop or event.
Q: What can I do if I'm unsatisfied with a seminar that I attended?
A: Eidolon Career Solutions stands by our workshops 100% and guarantees their high quality. Eidolon Career Solutions is confident every workshop will provide you with the improved skills, techniques and materials you expect. If you are dissatisfied after attending and sitting through all sessions during the entire day(s) of the seminar, please inform the instructor immediately at the conclusion of the last session of the day, return to us everything you have received during the seminar (books, binders, presentations, checklists, handouts, prizes, etc.). We will keep your certificate of completion and CEU credits and issue you a full refund.

Q: How do I pay for a workshop?
A: For your convenience, you can pay in three ways.
By credit card: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express Cards. By check: Make your check payable to ‘Tara Enterprises, LLC.’ You may pay by check online or through snail mail.

Federal Government Discounts
Q: Do federal government employees receive GSA pricing in seminars?
A: Eidolon Career Solutions is proud to offer any branch of the government (federal, state, or local) a 20% discount on all open-enrollment workshops. Call 301.328.7712 or inquire here for more information. Upon arrival when registering for any open enrollment event, show your government ID to confirm your discount. If you are a Full-time student or employee of a non-profit organization, you may also qualify for a discount. Q: Who will be my workshop instructor?
A: The Career Architect, Ebony Tara Scurry, PHR, GCDF will led each workshop. Her style is motivating, informative, hands-on, and empowering. She is a skilled platform speaker and an expert in career management for alternative lifestyles. Seminar Hours and Attire
Q: What time does my workshop begin and end?
A: On the first morning, please arrive at 8:30 am to pick up your registration materials and sign-in. Workshops begin at 9:00 am and end at 4:30 pm each day.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Where whatever is most comfortable for you to learn in. Room temperatures can vary so be sure to bring layers just in case. The last thing you want is for the room temperature to interfere with your learning. Most attendees wear Business Casual or Relaxed Corporate Goth attire.
Travel and Accommodations
Q: I live several hours away and will need hotel accommodations.
A: Many of the workshops take place within a meeting room inside of a hotel. You’re encouraged to stay at the hotel where the event is taking place. If the workshop is not taking place at a hotel, call Eidolon Career Solutions at 301.328.7712 for hotel recommendations. If there is a significant enough of a demand, Eidolon Career Solutions will negotiate a special hotel rate and notify those registered.
Lunch and Parking
Q: Do you offer food?
A: Unless specifically mentioned in the workshop description, lunch in not included. We ask that you make your own arrangements for eating.
Q: Do you provide parking?
A: Eidolon Career Solutions does not provide parking for workshop attendees; however each workshop venue has free parking available on-site.
On-Site
Q: Can I get your seminars delivered on-site?
A: Yes! Every one of Eidolon Career Solutions workshops can be customized to your organization and delivered on-site at the location of your choice. Call 301.328.7712 or email ebony@eidoloncareersolutions.com
Professional Accreditation and Continuing Education Units
Q: Can I Earn Professional Accreditation Credits from your workshops?
A: Yes, Eidolon Career Solutions workshops qualify for Continuing Education Units. You will earn Six (6) CEUs per day. Each class will be from 9:00am – 4:30pm. The 8 hour day includes an hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks (morning and afternoon). When calculating CEUs, all non-education time, including time spent in registration, meals, and breaks is not included in the CEU.
- “Helping and Understanding Alternative Lifestyle Clients, Employees, & Patients” is pre-approved to fulfill 6 continuing education hours for the Career Management Alliance’s Credentialed Career Manager (CCM) credential
- Human Resources Certification Institute: When calculating your credit towards HRIC certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, California), we offer 6 recertification credit hours.
Q: How can I get a CEU transcript?
A: You will receive a CEU Certificate without charge after successful completion of each qualifying Eidolon Career Solutions Workshop.
A transcript can be issued only at the request of the individual whose record it contains. To obtain a transcript, or to authorize sending one to someone else, call 301.328.7712.
Your transcript will show the titles, dates and number of CEUs each workshop you have completed.
